Problem with the CS2 Tryout Installation---requires serial code

When I try to install the Tryout program on my computer, I get to the page where it tells you to either install the Tryout or type in a serial code. When I click on the first circle (Tryout version) and click next, it says the serial code and user name are required to continue. Does the User name and organization refer to the computer user name or the adobe user name?
I have Windows 2000.

Just a wild guess, but how about username "tryout"?

hmm. maybe. but now I have a larger problem. I accidentally deleted that version somehow. I am somewhat upset by this fact. Can I re-download it?
