CS2 and "Fit on Screen" command

Am I the only one seeing "fit on sceen" giving me a much smaller zoom ratio than in CS ??? I use 2 monitors and a maximized window in Win XP.
I used to almost fill the screen (29.1% with a 3008x2000 image) and now it stops WAY before that (19.9%).
I find this VERY annoying since I use the command often

Problem was solved by changihg screen resolution, opening CS2, closing, then restoring screen resolution and reopening CS" : BINGO ! Thanks to a message from fellow user on DPReview retouching forum.
