Hi i recently bought Photoshop 7.0 but the 24 digit serial number wont work when installing,and i was wondering does anyone know a serial number i could try or where to get a new 24 digit serial number?

Call Adobe - they've been most helpful in such circumstances.

How recently? Photoshop 7 is now two versions and three years out of date. If you purchased from a prior owner you'll need a transfer of license form from the seller.
If you bought from one of the many sites selling OEM software, you got ripped off.

you need to get a signed transfer of license agreement from your friend and fax a copy to adobe.

note that the transfer of license agreement stipulates he/she gives up all rights to the program, including upgrades...
