I just bought two Photoshop CS2 Upgrades for two different machines. One PC hat Photoshop CS installed and upgraded. The other PC had no previous Photoshop installation and I provided the older version’s CD (Photoshop 7) to complete the install. The installations completed successfully. Adobe ImageReady CS2 works just fine, but Photoshop CS2 does not start. It stops with a crash…

I am stuck with two "not-working" Photoshop environments.
I desperately need help to get this resolved. I went through some knowledgebase docs but nothing helped.
