I can’t seem to find the answer to this anywhere so here goes.
I scanned an image of a document and want to remove a rectangular area that spans from one side of the document to the other. I would like to bring the rest of the picture up to shorten the entire image (just like when you remove rows from a spreadsheet and tell it to shift cells up).
I’m a newbie to image editing so please excuse what is probably a beginners questions.
