Pixels -> Vector... does this plugin exist?

Looking for a plugin that will take a black outline drawing and turn it into vector. Straight black-on-white cartoon-style art, and turn all the shapes into vector.

Does such a thing exist for Photoshop?

Maybe, but I don't think so because Photoshop is a raster/pixel editor. You need a vector program, like Illustrator. Its Live Trace feature does exactly what you want.

Not specifically for Photoshop. There is a stand-alone app called Adobe Streamline that does this job quite well.

Not specifically for Photoshop. There is a stand-alone app called Adobe Streamline that does this job quite well.

You could also draw that in Adobe Flash which is vector

Yep. this went away years ago...the CS+ of Illustrator does a decent job.
