I've downloaded the How to Instructions, Written up my many Hints as html files, Created file 'Add_002.howto.txt' with the text:
"How to Create How Tos" "Create your own How To tips" HowToInstructions.html "Duotones" "Duotones - creating" C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Help\additional how to content\Duotone- basic.html
Have made the this text every conceivable way I can think of, but although the Help menu shows the menu item and the subject, it won't load the file. what am I omitting?
