Sorry to barge in when everyone is busy exploring the new CS2… I’m not really a newbie… BUT… I seem to have a few dead brain cells here. I’ve done this before, a long time ago. I created a simple 2 layer file in PS, opened in Image Ready, set the amount of time for each frame and to continuous loop and have used the play button in the animation box to preview it. All is well. BUT for some reason I can’t seem to find a way to save as or export as a GIF image. I’m guessing it may have to do with it seeing the layers as slices, which I’ve tried to delete. It thinks I want a jpg which of course won’t keep the animation. What simple little thing am I missing here? I’ve been all through the online help and haven’t found a clue.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks so much Len. I knew it had to be simple but I just wasn’t finding it. Obviously I rarely use this feature.

Have a great weekend.
