Missing DLL File "dicelib.dll"

About three weeks ago I began getting an error message while Photoshop CS loaded saying that the above DLL file was missing. However, Photoshop continued to load and always seemed to work fine afterward. I reinstalled Photoshop anyway, but still got the message.

I then suspected that the problem was a plug-in, but I tried a process of elimination without success. Any help would be appreciated.

Which "DLL file was it? Do you have it, now that you’ve re-installed? If not, I can post the file for you to download.

Ok. I’ve just checked. There is no such file in my entire system. I’m baffled.
