PS files don't open when double clicked

I'm not sure if this is a PS or OS 10.3.3 issue. If I click on a PS file within a finder window PS will launch but the file doesn't open. I have the same problem when I right click on a file and say open with PS, it launches the program, but no file opens. This just started a few days ago and its annoy the he** out of me. I'm using CS.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

Maybe if it was labled

People would see it.

Oh wait that is what its called.

But it's labeled "FAQ -- Answers to Frequently Asked Questions---". That's very misleading.
