Photoshop 5 and ReadProcessMemory Errors.

I recently reinstalled Photoshop 5 under WinXP Pro, and when I run it, it gives me a 'Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed.' Error. Does anyone know what this is, and how to fix it. It was working perfectly under Win98 and Win98SE, but doesn't work at all under WinXP Pro. My laptop also has it installed, and it works fine, it is also WinXP Pro. Can someone please help?

Sysinfo: WinXP Pro SP1, 256MB ram, 1.5GB free space on drive C, 60GB on drive D, RivaTNT2 Ultra (Svideo-Out Model)

No idea - that isn't a Photoshop error.

Did you upgrade the machine to XP from Win9X?
