hello.

when ever i use the brush tool or clone stamp and choose a brush size, the output doesn’t match the brush size i’ve chosen. it doesn’t matter what size brush i choose, the mode, opacity, or flow amounts—the output is always just the size of pixel or two.

what am i missing?

thank you.

Well, I can tell you what we’re missing: a lot more specifics before we can respomd intelligently.

Exact versions of Photoshop and your OS X? Image mode and size? Tool mode? Details about your computer and RAM? What other trouble shooting steps have you taken, like trash prefs? Mouse or tablet? … … …

– photoshop cs
– os 10.3.3
– image mode: rgb color/8bits
– image size: about 3"x5" at 800 dpi
– g5 2ghz, 1.5gb ram

only action i’ve taken was change tools, brush sizes, brush option amounts. didn’t change any prefs. wacom tablet.

never had this problem in previous versions of ps.

Check the tablet settings, and if you’re using the mouse: move the tablet stylus OFF of the tablet surface.
