How to enlarge copy/paste

When I copy/paste how do I enlarge the after I paste in picture.

Edit/transform/scale Freetransform will let you take x and y axis seperatly(of hold shift key to get scale). Other tranforms will let you do all kinds of stuff. Skew , perspective distort. Play a little . You can make your pasted layer dance.

Do just a copy/paste, not paste into.I'm not sure if that's the way I read your post. But paste into is a different animal.Paste just makes a new layer.

go to select, (all) and then edit, (transform.)
