When I open photoshop, I can open a picture, but I can't use the mouse to pick tools or zoom in and out.
I can select the tools with the keyboard.......

I've tried it in PS 6+7+CS with the same result,
the mouse works fine in other programs.

I've tried to hold down SHIFT+ALT+CTRL to reset the file..
