How to disable Extras on the image

Whenever I open a new image, there is Extras icons on the image left most corner. I had to remove them with Ctrl+H every time. Is it possible to disable by a setting?

Thanks for the reply. > View>untick Extras only affects the selected window. When you start PS and open a new file it comes with Extras. I need it to be set off as default.
