--- For noncommercial, educational use only.
--- For qualified educational users only.
--- Non-upgradeable to the next Windows O/S.
--- Non-transferable.
--- Has installation support only.
--- Has a non-perpetual license that is tied to the eligibility of the user. (If a user is no longer a student or educator, the license is no longer valid)
Your right to use the Academic version of Windows XP ends when you no longer meet the criteria for using the Academic version of XP.
If you do not meet the above criteria, then you cannot use the Academic Version of Windows XP.
