What display color profile is Photoshop CS using?

Hi,
does anybody know how I can verify what is the ICM color profile Photoshop CS is assuming for my monitor or display on a PC? Note that I have not calibrated/profiled the monitor with Adobe Gamma, but with a different product.

With a laptop, MS Windows shows different Monitors in the control panel (even though I am using only one at a time), such as Default Monitor, Plug & Play monitor and the laptop LCD. Now I don't know to which of those I should associate my custom made ICM profile, as I don't know which one Photoshop CS is referring to. I can try them one at a time, but to check I need a way to see which ICM profile Photoshop is currently using.

Thank you for any help,
Francesco

I don't have a laptop, but the display properties show the one and only monitor brand and model. It also shows the loaded profile as the one I created with Monaco. The list of available profiles shows that profile, but as I remember you can browse through the list of profiles whether they are show in the control panel or not.

Unless the profile that you created is shown as the loaded one, it isn't being used.

It seems that PS is using the profile that I selected to be loaded at startup.
