Dear ng,
as described below I copied the file "RedEyeRemoval.atn" into the directory Adobe>Photoshop>Presets>Photoshop Actions. But I do not know how to start the action …
Below is written Highlight " Red-eye_action".

A free action for Red Eye removal from fredmiranda.com, can be downloaded here. For PC and for For Mac. Have tried it myself and it works fine on the image above.The action should work on either individual images or in batch mode. If you have a PC, copy it into your Photoshop Action folder ( Adobe–> Photoshop–> Presets–> Photoshop Actions)
1.. Zoom in your subject eye
2.. Choose the elliptical marquee tool and create a selection on the red eyes (Hold the shift key to select both eyes simultaneously
3.. Higlight " Red-eye_action"
4.. Press play and good luck
