I was wondering if anyone knows of any downloadable filters / plugins for photoshop on mac that can make an image look like a painting, the ones included are fine but i want to get a bit more variety. Freeware of course would be great but i doubt there are any decent free filters out there like that! Any way, thanks a lot to all who respond.

This looks promising. Dunno if it works in OS X. There are a few such plugins on the PC side.

It does look promising. And I’d order it if I could find it. Evidently, <http://nowhouse.com> and <http://www.nowhouse.com> are dead and gone. At least I couldn’t find either one.

HI. I WAS WONDERING IF YOU HAD SORTED YOUR FILTER PROBLEM OUT? THE THING IS IVE JUST INSTALLED PHOTOSHOP CS ON MAC OSX 10.2.8 AND THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO ME. I HAVE LOST MANY FILTERS AND IM ALSO HAVING PROBLEMS WITH COLOURS. CAN YOU HELP ME? THANKS, RACHEL
