Do you have the option to save your files from Corel to Photoshop native format, PSD ? If so, you might be in luck!

I’m at work right now, but I could check tonight. I have CorelDraw Essentials (it’s Draw version 9.0)

You can’t open the actual CorelDraw file (.cdr), but you can export the CorelDraw images as Photoshop (.psd) or as TIFF (tiff)images and open them in PE. I think it would depend on what you want to accomplish.

You’ll get the chance for much higher rez, if you need it, by exporting to .ai or .eps and opening those in PS.
