When using the Liquify tool, instead of dragging or enlarging or shrinking it copies a square of the picture and repeats it. It is like it is just cloning one part of the area. Please inform me about how i can solve this problem. Thanks

Has it worked correctly in the past? If so, try the simplest thing first and delete Elements Preferences: With Elements closed, click on the start up icon and then make a quick grab for the (Win) Control, Alt, and Shift keys (Mac) Command, Option, and Shift. Hold all three down until you get a screen asking if you want to delete the Settings. Say Yes. Sometimes that folder will become corrupted and strange things will begin to happen.

If the Liquify tool has never worked, or if deleting the Preferences doesn’t correct the problem, repost with more information about your platform and system. Good luck!
