Masking plug-in recommendations

Hi there,

Can anyone recommend a good masking plug-in for PhotoShop. I have had a look at Extensis Mask Pro 3.0 but if there are any alternatives, I would be interested in your views on them...

It takes a little effort to learn how to use it effectively but with some practice, you'll be removing the background from things like translucent or even clear materials such as glass or liquid in very little time at all.
