I am attempting to load Photoshop Elements and the full version of Photoshop on a Windows 2000 platform but continue to receive the following error message...

ComponentMoveData had the following error:

Media Name: data
Component: Samples\TypeSpt
File Group: TypeSpt
File: C:\Program Files\Common files\Adobe\TypeSpt\FntNames.db Error Number: -115 (refer to the online help)

Any insight would be appreciated...

So far i have attempted to load in Safe mode but with no success..
