Photoshop 7 problem

Whenever I make a shape(line,circle,rounded rec,marqee tool,anything) and i move it close to the edge(not that close just a little)it automanically snaps to the edge. It didn’t do this the say before yesterday and I don’t know what’s wrong. Can someone help me?

View>Snap To – make sure items are unchecked.
