I have a Sony DSC-S85 digital camera. When I click on File in photoshop elements 2.0, then click on open, I get the above message in a PDF security window that opens. I have no idea what the master password is or where I should look for it.

I am using the Trial version of photoshop Elements 2.0

Any help would be appreciated.

Davis,

What kind of file is it? TIFF, JPG or something else? Waht operating system are you using? What version of Acrobat, if any, do you have?

I have adobe acrobat 5.0. The file is a JPG file. I have windows 2000 PR0 for an OS. The help files say that if the camera shows up as a removable device, which it does,to click on it to access the memory. I dont get that far, soon as I click on File, then click on open, I get the error.

Davis,

If you move the files from the camera to a folder on your computer, prior to opening them in PSE, do you get the same error message ?
