can't find clone stamp tool

I'am using photoshop 7.O and want to use the clone stamp tool but i can't find it!!! it isn't listed between the other tools. also other tools aren't listed. althroug the option show "all tool presets". the strange thing also is that I can't turn tis option down. So I don't now how to show all the tools

In the toolbar, find the Pattern Stamp tool. Click an hold it down and you'll see the Clone stamp.
