I’d like to learn more about how to use Levels and Curves adjustment tools in Photoshop. Does anyone know of good online tutorials for these tools?

I’d skip levels and move directly to curves. If you’re starting out on curves, any book by Dan Margulis makes good reading – be ready for some in-depth discussions as well as the more introductory material.

Although the tutorials are focussed on curvemeister features, the principles of shadow, highlight, neutral, and the leverage of each color spaces, apply as well to Photoshop curves, although with a little more effort.
