I have a simple question:
I have created a rectangle with a certain color using the rectangle tool. How can I change the color?
This must be simple but I don’t find the solution.

Double click on the layer. If the Color Picker comes up, choose the color you want. If it does not, make sure your shape tool has "shape layers", not "paths" or "fill pixels" selected.

Thanks!

A related qestion:
I have created an arrow using the line tool. I used the style "1 px stroke 0% fill". Can I change the stroke width, color and the filling after the event?

Yes, these may be accessed by applying styles, or by modifying the effects of the shape layer.
