Effects window is invisible when opening it.

When I’m opening the effects window, the windows opens, but it’s invisible, When I open it, It exists, but not visible, if I use the arrow keys and Tab key it does what I want, but I just can’t see it, and it closes with and Enter key,
any ideas how to fix this strange problem?

Your effects is probably off-screen (changed monitor setup/resolution?) Switch to highest resolution, drag window to upper left. Or reset the preferences. (see FAQ on top of this forum).
