PS CS Workspaces. Where are they saved to?

I'm putting CS on my new laptop and have figured out where to put Preferences, Shortcuts, Actions, etc. Still, I can't figure out where the Workspace info is stored and if I can copy it to the new laptop. I have several workspaces and it surely would be easier if I could just copy them over.

Anyone know?

C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USER_ID\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop\8.0\Adobe Photoshop CS Settings\WorkSpaces

ps. note, it's a hidden folder, you need to have hidden files turned on in the windows explorer to see it, same as the prefrences file.
