Can't Get My Text to Wrap....

In trying to add text to an existing flattened image, I choose the text tool, drag to create a bounding box, and start typing. But when I reach the end of the bounding box, the type starts again on the same line - i can't get ti to jump down to start a new line. Pressing ENTER does not work either. Any tips?

Make sure your leading isn't set to zero or a very small number. Deleting whatever it's set to will set it to automatic.
