How to reset the tool bar?

The Photoshop help files says:

"To return a tool or all tools to the default settings:

Do one of the following:

a.. Click the tool icon on the options bar, then choose Reset Tool or Reset All Tools from the context menu. "
But I can't find out the Reset Tool.Please help me.

On Windows, if you haven't rearranged things too much, the tool icon is in the upper left corner of the main Photoshop window, just under the File menu.
Click on this icon, and you get a small dialog box. In the upper right corner
of the dialog box is a tiny triangle with a circle around it. Click on this and
you should get a menu that includes Reset Tool.

As usual, help facilities are not always the best, suppose that's because they want you to spend a fortune on books, tutorials, training courses etc....

I think I can assist, hope so anyway ... if you click on Edit, Preferences - General. Within the General Preferences dialog box you have an option of clicking on "Reset All Tools"
