I have win2000 and I start up Photoshop 7.0, It loads everything..eg: fonts etc..then just disappears. What could cause this?

Try deleting your preference file - Details in the FAQ at the top of this forum's Topic List.
If that doesn't work, watch the splash screen carefully and tell us what was the last item displayed before it quits

Thanks will try when I get home as I have Photoshop there. Just for info, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop.

Uninstalling does not get rid of your prefs file.
