Photoshop actions errors

Hello, I have a problem playing actions on Photoshop CS2.

Suddenly a message pop up telling that: The command "xxxx" is not currently available.

For example, I have downloaded this action from here

http://share.studio.adobe.com/axAssetDetailSubmit.asp?aID=24 25&back=http%3A%2F%2Fshare%2Estudio%2Eadobe%2Ecom%2FaxBr owseSubmit%2Easp%3Fr%3D0%26c%3D36%26pgsel1%3D16

These are the errors:

The command "link" is not currently available. The object "layer "Layer 1"" is not currently available. The object "layer "Hue/Saturation"" is not currently available. The object "layer "Base Color"" is not currently available.

Looking at Layer > Link layers the command is grayed out and probably this is the problem of the first message.

With all these missing steps the final effect is very ugly and far from the result you see on the image on the link above.

Other messages with other actions are: no pixel where selected, the selected area is empty .....

I'm new to Photoshop, so I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.

Please help me

Perhaps email the author thats listed on the page you are linking to?

Quote from that page:

Instructions:
Install included font, before running action. Press play, follow instructions. All layers remain independant so that colors may be changed. If you like it or if you have any questions email me:
