In PS CS, when I work on a photo in SRGB, the colors and levels appear different than when I view the same image in Windows XP, ilke ACDSEE, Explorer, or any other viewer.
The images in PS appear slightly brighter and the colors seem to be slightly less saturated (most noticeable in the reds).
Why is that?
And most of all, HOW can I make sure that what I see in PS will show that way in a viewer on Windows and/or Explorer?
I have tried playing with Adobe Gamma, but when I play with the silders, they affect the Windows Desktop too (not only PS like I would have thought it would).
Thank you.
