Morphing plugin?

348 views8 repliesLast post: 2/7/2006
I want to morph to words.... not letter by letter but
visually....

I mean..... not like:

man
tan
tin
tim

....but, so the middle stages are abstract figures.... Like morphing images.

Where can i find a plugin for Photoshop CS2 that can do that?

Try image ready
make sure you can see the frames palette
put image 1 into first frame at top
put image 2 into 2nd frame at bottom
click the twain symbol and add some frames between

I can't make it morph - only swap the text between to
frames. And I have rasterized the text...

Wrong tool for the job. Photoshop is not a morphing program.

That's why I thought of plugins...

Well, but if you know a program that can morph, where I can save different stages of the morphing as image files, please let me know. The program has to be freeware...

http://www.adobe.com/products/adobemag/archive/pdfs/0005qaae .pdf this is adobe's solution, there used to be a program called adobemorph. I still have it, but haven't used it in ages. couldn't find it again if I wanted to. A better solution for morphing is flash. That's what flash does best is animation.

But FWIW: If it's just text you want to morph, PS can do it with it's distort and other options. --

Can I export different stages of the morphing as image files from flash?
