Edit CSH Library

Is there a way to edit a .csh library?

I've added a custom shape, and saved the library as something else, but it now has about 100 extra images (that are in the original library) that I'd like to delete from my custom library. Right-clicking and deleting is tedious.

Any ideas would be appreciated -

Open the file in the preset manager, and delete the ones you don't want, or save just the ones you do want.
