Camera raw dialog box off screen ???

When I double click on an image and the camera raw dialog box appears with the picture, half the box is cut off. NOT off the screen, but vertically half cut off. The picture is also too large to see entirely to work on IF i could get to the raw controls. ANY help ???

you need to adjust your monitor resolution to 1024x768 or greater.
