Photoshop CS Keyboard Shortcuts

I just got photoshop cs two days ago, i also own photoshop 7 and use all of the keyboard shortcuts in it. In photoshop cs none of them work, i cant change the shortcuts and none of the arrow buttons work either.

please help me it doesnt really matter it just slows things down.
