color picker window stuck

hey my color picker is unable to be moved and is stuck above the title bar

any ideas on how to fix this

anyone?

windows> reset palette locations?

or reset the prefrences per the faq.

Alt+Spacebar, press M, then any cursor key. Move your mouse. The dialogue box should now be attached to the mouse cursor. Click to drop. :)
