Our 6.0 Photoshop prints only italic font no matter what we choose. What can we do to fix this problem? Thank you!

uncheck faux italic in the character palette.

And yes, yes, we KNOW you didn't actually turn the "feature" on yourself. All you need to do is OPEN a document that uses one of the "Faux" styles, and your settings will stay stuck that way until you turn them off.
Nice going, Adobe.
