Phtoshp Download for MAC in addition to PC?

I have a licensed version of Photoshop and Illustrator for my PC. Recently, I purchased a Powerbook (Mac), and I would like to install the programs on it. Is it possible to enter my serial number and download the Mac version of the programs from adobe.com, or will I have to make an entirely new purchase? Thanks. (:
