Reading Text Global Resources… Done – Freez :(

Dear Experts,

Having reinstalled my Photoshop CS now, I cannot open it properly. The message on the little window says "Reading Text Global Resources… Done" and it stuck… Do you have a clue of what’s going on and what should I do to avoid this problem?

My first installation, by the way, worked pretty well…

Try resetting prefs [per FAQ].
