Reading Text Global Resources... Done - Freez :(

Dear Experts,

Having reinstalled my Photoshop CS now, I cannot open it properly. The message on the little window says "Reading Text Global Resources... Done" and it stuck... Do you have a clue of what's going on and what should I do to avoid this problem?

My first installation, by the way, worked pretty well...

Try resetting prefs [per FAQ].

The activation this time also went well and message for activiaion was ok.

This is that funny little new document sizes thingy- Dave, can you remember which file it was? I can't off the top of my head!

C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USERNAME\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop\8.0\Adobe Photoshop CS Settings
