Repeated downloads

I posted this message in April, without success. Has anyone got a solution please?

Whenever I open PS 6, a message appears bottom right insisting on downloading two files, awexfiles.txt and awedbfiles4.awe. I let it happen, but sure enough, next time, it insists on a repeat download. How can I stop this nonsense?

From where are you downloading the files? I used PS 6 and did not run into this problem.
