Best Image Resampling Scaling plugin ??

I know of Extensis pxlSmartScale1.0. Is there anything better, or is this considered the best?

Anybody know of any reviews comparing different products?

"The best" depends a lot of your expectations, budget and other factors. I have had very good results with Stair interpolation from Fred Miranda It costs only $20!
I'd say download the free Extensis demo version and compare it to SI before you waste $200.
BTW, this guy seems to think SmartScale is rubbish:
