paint shop pro files to photoshop?

anybody know of a utility or third party program that will somehow take a .psp paint shop pro graphic that has been "tubed" and allow me to open it in photoshop? with transparent background?

there is a free utility to download, I got it for hubby as lots of his Nascar 2003 paint buddies use psps and many of their templates were in pSP docs. It has one disadvantage in that you must select only one layer at a time to view in PS. So for each layered PSP doc you may have to open it 5-6 times but hey it's free and serves the purpose.
Err except now I can't find it since he reinstalled?
will try and look later.
Free is Irfanview and it does many things

I have Irfanview... somewhere..... can it open a .psp file and somehow save it as .psd?
