How to change the PS window painting area color

I would like to know if there is a way to change the photoshop´s background gray color of painting area. I know its color can change to black if you press the "full screen" icon into the bottom of toll bar, but I would like to use other color but black.

Select the foreground color you want it to be. Then, using the Paint Bucket tool, "Shift-Click" onto that background area.
