if I remove the Adobe Gamma Loader, What wrong would be occur?

Your monitor profile will not be loaded at Statrup and so Photoshop will be displaying your images incorrectly.

BTW: calibrating your monitor is critical to ensuring colour accurate output for the web or print. If you haven’t already done so you may want to do it now. See the following for guidance:
