Seems To Be Alot Of Trolls Around Here

How do you suggest dealing with the trolls(Scruff)? I've kill filed a few of his names, he seems to like to change his email address all the time,

Email addresses of Scruff I have kill filed,

I'm sure he'll change his current address to avoid my kill file as well as yours.
